Urea is just nitrogen (~ 46%?) and other elements have to be supplied as well. You can get Epsom salts in many medical shops. Just ask for Epsom. Magnesium is essential for photosynthesis and also increases the uptake of nitrogen. You will get many Basal canes in the roses.
