my lime tree is 9 feet tall and it is more than 10 years old. but still it hasn't borne any flower or fruit. This tree came from a seed of a store bought lime. what to do? pls advise

It could be the variety that takes more time but 10 years is still too long. Does it have good sunlight. Provide a good fertilizer that will boost flowering. (Esp with less N and more P and K).
