What a coincidence, I am going to harvest my hydroponic bottle gourd and you are growing it too.
Ok now coming to the problem. Your plant looks healthy. I think pollination is/could be a problem. Bottle gourd flowers open at night and close before morning. If pollination didnt happen at that time, its gone. Check for female flowers and if you find them ,manually do the pollination. Its very simple. Take a paint brush rub it on the pollens on the male flower and now dust it on the female flowers. I have my plants in the greenhouse and pollination is a problem. So i manually do it every night. i have about 4 bottles getting ready.
I use a ebb & flow system and a passive system ( which i will write a post about shortly) for growing bottle gourds.
