Hello everyone!

Last year I had got Petunia seedlings from a nursery and had the most beautiful Petunias growing all winters.

You can see pictures here-

https://picasaweb.google.com/115513845073458347819/GG?authuser=0&authkey=Gv1sRgCPL4zKrwnIerNg&feat=directlink

Because I fell in love with the Petunias I saved the seeds. I was wondering if anyone has germinated Petunia seeds before.

Would appreciate any guidance I can get to help grow these Petunia seedlings. Thanks!

hi Sujata,

nice collection!!

I really like petunias too

I had some that flowered & flowered.. inspite of not having the best conditions

i got to get some again (I've ordered some seeds) & there are lots of different types..

..as to germinating it should be easy to get info on the web

i usually use a sterile kind of mix in plug trays.. like half sand half coco-peat maybe &  keep it moist

Hey Sujata. Sorry for going off the topic but just can't resist to ask that – are you the one who writes a blog named Dhara. Have seen beautiful pics of petunias on that blog also.

Regards..

Viny
