Hi PR4D,

such a nice collection you have. Your orchids look good. Nice flower spikes.

Phalenopsys with deep pink large flowers and only one leaf left, may need some care. But I don't see any need for panic. Try re-potting after the flower spike is done. While re-potting, see if roots are rotting and dropping of. Avoid over watering. See google search results for Youtube. Some excellent videos on orchid care, watering, repotting etc.

Beautiful collection. Where in Bangalore you are located may I ask? I would like to visit and take some tips from you as I also started into balcony gardening.

Hello PR4D,

Its a lovely garden and great to see such healthy plants. Am just identifying some of your plants:

- the plant with magenta coloured leaves is 'coleus'

- the plants with big thorns is 'euphorbia mill'

- your magical roses seem to be a variety of 'impatiens' itself, cause of the leaves and the little stalk under the flowers/buds.

If I could ask your help on something- can you tell me what supplements do you give to your impatiens cause mine are shrivelling up.

@Camaroon – Thanks :)

@anandarajkumar – Thanks – I'll send you a PM

@ Spurthi – Thanks so much for naming them, Sadly I got rid of the Coleus. It kinda grew like a weed.
I'm not a great fan of the Euphorbia Mill except for the ones with small flowers so I moved the four of them to the ground floor for anyone to pickup.
And yes I researched and found out that those were double impatiens. Sadly I got rid of them all as they were attacked by spider mites. My father in law has several plants so I'll pick up new ones from him.
Quite honestly I don't understand nutrients really well. I'm blindly using the ones that I bought from GG. PM him and you could buy some of the nutrients from him. Hope this helps.
I've seen mine shrivel up due to – too much sun and they hate insecticidal soap sprays
