Sir, my cabbage plant is almost in the fruiting stage, but it remains static(image attached) for the past two months in this stage.photo attached.What is the problem?Will it mature?

It looks like it may not form a big head. Nutrient deficiency is the issue. Hope sunlight is plenty.. Add more nitrogen based fertilzier
