My curry leaves plant which is around 4 ft. in height in a pot, started getting new leaves in Feb. after being dormant during winters. It has got leaves only on top of branches but at the same time it has started flowering. Since I want more leaves and no flowers , should I cut the flowers or let them be there.

yes. this plant uses its all energy in developing flowers. if you want your plant bushy you should took off flowers before developing.
