Hi, I want to grow the large variety of eggplant. Has anybody tried this? where can I get the seeds for this ?

GG has very good long purple brinjal seeds , i got some seeds from him all the seeds germinated looks healthy.

I have just seeded the hybrid variety of brinjal(indam seeds) where the mature fruit weighs about 250-300 grams.

F1 Hybrid Supriya.I google searched indam seeds,found out that the fruit weighs 250-300 grams.

Hi People,

 

Nice discussion on brinjals. The variety you are talking about is Imperial Black beauty. It weighs easily 500+ grams and with love and care you can get it upto a Kilogram.

I am sure indam/namdharis will have a hybrid version of those.
