Two of the seeds supplier told me that there will be horticulture show on necklace road from 26th Jan to 30th Jan but I could not find anything online for this year. it seems like it happens every year and there will be lot of stalls where they sell different seeds, plants, saplings, gardening accessories, compost, etc.....

Yes. This is organized every year on Republic and Independence days. Of late due to complaints by farmer organizations about organizing these events only in Hyderabad I think they have decided to move the August 15th event outside of Hyderabad. I am not sure where it is held.
