Hello everyone.

A newbie here, both to site and gardening. I must say I have already read many of the posts here. Embarassed

I'm not really a gardener. I just have five pots which a maali planted. Then they died due to sheer neglect, although I must confess that neglecting them was all the fault of pigeons who laid eggs in the plants making watering them impossible. Yell

So, now i shifted my dried up pots from the balcony and shifted them to the common corridor balcony. On the advice of nursery people, I have added radish, spinach and methi seeds in them. This was last Sunday.

Radish seeds sprouted quite fast and they are growing tall and tall. I have thinned them twice but every time I see them, they seem to me like foliage. Spinach has just sprouted and is so weak right now as to blow away with the gust of wind. Methi has sprouted some three days back and looks like dense forest. The fun thing is that I don't even know whether it's growing right or wrong as I have not seen any of these plants growing before. So it's all trial and error for me.

Soon, I'll upload some pics.
