hello, very pretty flowers.. I to am looking to add some colours. Your orchid is very pretty.
You can go for plants like fuschia, hydrangea, mums, azalea, plactranthus, salvia
All these grow without too much care and trouble.
Am now waiting to plant my tulips, gladioli and some lotus varieties. You can also try the rainbow rose.

Hey sandy, beautiful flowers and your roses are just awssome.
I guess i know most of them. The pink one (next to portulaca) is Hibiscus. The yellow with a red center also looks like a variety of hibiscus. The yellow and reddish orange on the windowsill are zinnias and the last one (bright orange) are chrysanthemums.
I am also trying to grow portulaca and zinnia from seeds. Best plants to survive even under the scorching heat with minimum maintenance. They seems doing good and growing pretty well. You can also try Calendula which looks amazing and needs very little care.Portulaca (called as Moss rose also) needs very less watering and fertilization. The more you fertilize the less it will bloom. So one strong feed for the season is enough. And water only when you see the soil is completely dry. Poke your finger to test the moisture level.
Would love to listen from you on your gardening experiences. You can also see my balcony garden with flowers and vegetables on my personal blog.
Regards..
Viny
