All,

I have a very healthy tomato plant - green leaves, strong stem, no pests (thankfully). It is having lot of flowers too. But none of the flowers is turning into a fruit. I have placed the plant in a pot in the terrace and gets good sunlight throughout the day. The soil I used has compost in it. Recently, I sprayed panchagavya to see whether it helps but don't see any improvement

Any ideas what could be the problem? Is it because I have only one plant instead of two or more for pollination to happen?

Any help is appreciated

Regards,

Praveen

This is normal for tomato plants and need to have patience. Only during later stages the flowers will turn to fruits. My plants were like this for more than a month. Shake the plants slightly once in a while.
