I have been growing tomato, brinjal and beans(avaraikkai) in plastic pots and my potting mix is redsoil+cocopeat+vermicompost.
They are in growing stage and not healthy. I am a new gardener, may be its disability of nutrients. Suggest and help me to grow my plants healthy.

You can try vermicompost. With organic fertilizers one can never be sure of the N:P:K ratio. Organic fertilizers release the nutrient very slowly. I guess GG (admin) suggested 19-19-19 because chemical fertilizers are readily available for the plants to absorb. Vermicompost, to my knowledge, has higher percentage of NPK compared to other organic fertilizers.
Thanks,
