Celery needs cool weather. 20-30 is a decent weather to grow celery. check your min/max temperature and grow accordingly. harvesting seeds is not possible in hot weather areas. same case with chinse cabbage

As I had given the temperature range, you can figure out which time of the year the temperature is around 25 deg( average of the range). it takes 4-5 months for harvest from the date of sowing. Full sun.

I am assuming by home you meant the soil in your home.

Termites will not be problem if the soil has sufficient moisture. If not, apply 2ml of Chlorpyriphos per liter of water. Depending on the age of the plant you would want to adjust the amount of solution you apply. For a young plant apply no more than 1 L. For older plants you can apply more. This has to be repeated once in 15 to 20 days.

If you problem is with termites attacking the bark of the tree and not the roots (the above was for roots) then you you will have to use something like a Bordeux paste. See: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bordeaux_mixture for information.

If your problem is with wooden furniture then you have lots of other termite control options.
